Semester End Term Examination Notification (June2022-23)

All the students of  Semester Scheme are hereby informed that their End Term Examinations                 2022-23  have been scheduled from  June 20, 2023, onwards.   Preparatory leave will be granted to all semester year students from 12^th June 2023. However, if students require extra/remedial classes, they can be continued for regular academics till the commencement of examinations.

Program wise Timetable of same shall be declared soon.

Submission of Exam Forms :

End Term Examinations form will be available at Communication Centre (CC)  from 5th June to 11th June 2023. Students are advised to collect  exam form from CC in their free academic hours/ Evening time.   

 

Due Clarence :

All the students must clear their all  dues (Deposit the complete program fee of Academic Session 2022-23 ) at Accounts Department by 12 June 2023 , along  with the  clearance of pending dues From Library, Medical, Fine etc .

Admit Cards Distribution :

Students  may  collect  their  admit  cards  after  submitting  the  dully filled Examination Form along with  fee receipt  INR 1500/- at  the Department of Examinations. Admit Cards will be distributed from 13 June  to 14 June 2023

 

A late fee of 200/- per day will be charged if the forms are submitted after the last date.
