Chief Guest for the first day program of Jyoti Utsav 2023  Dr. Krishna Kant Pathak Sr. IAS Secretary, Finance, Government of Rajasthan, Celebrity Chief Guest Famous Actress Mrs. Smita Bansal, Guest of Honor Shri Naresh Kumar Thakral. IAS Secretary, Finance Government of India,  Special Guest  Mrs. Anshu Harsh, Founder and Director of Rajasthan International Film Festival, Special Guest Shuchi Sharma, Retired IAS Member, Rajasthan Civil Appellate Tribunal graced  the event.

Mr. Vedant Garg, CEO & Advisor of the University welcomed all the guests and wished them all the very best for completing this journey of 15 years of the University. he said that the university is the most unique safe residential private women's university in the state of Rajasthan, which aims to establish women as empowered women with a new thinking through higher education. Major efforts are made towards empowering women through education.  Every Year University on its Annual Day organize Women Icon Awards to honor Women in different fields.  This year, Judge Anupama Bijlani from the judicial sector, DCP Rajasthan Sunita Meena from the administrative sector, Kachnar Chaudhary from the sports world, former Miss Rajasthan Sunita Chhabra from the social development field, RJ Gitanjali from the media and entertainment world, and from the modeling industry Miss Rajasthan 2022 Tanushree Rai were awarded with the  prestigious award  Women Icon Awards 2023 Along with this, the alumni students of the university were honored as  JV Dharohar who are working in different sectors and setting an example of Women Empowerment. The awards were presented by Mrs. Smita Bansal along with Chief Guest , Guest of Honor and Special Guest of the event.

Along with this, all the many academicians and educationist  of the country  who have done amazing work in different fields were honored.  This annual festival was organized for the entertainment of the girl students of the university to boost their morale and to live together with the senior students,

The center of attraction was the Fashion Show by the Department of Fashion and Designing, in which the clothes of some different states of India with special prints and designs, which are the identity of that state, were prepared by the Department of Fashion and Designing. Which is shown through a fashion show. Various cultural programs like traditional folk dances, dances from different states, Bollywood, hip hop skits by girl students were also presented by many students at the university.
