Staff Selection Committee

The main objective of the Staff Selection Committee is to evaluate the requirement of teaching staff for the University and plan accordingly to recruit adequate qualitative staff.

Functions & Responsibilities:
• Staff Selection Committee is responsible for recruitment process of teaching, non-teaching and administrative staff members
• Staff Selection Committee is responsible to maintain the service-related matters, including selection, appointment etc.
• To develop criteria that assure those faculty members that possesses sufficient academic and professional qualifications.
• To develop the policies and practices for Staff Welfare.
